  1. This I’m looking forward to!

  2. I like the oranges too. Are they pattern weights or snacks? Or something to keep the kids occupied when the spot work happening 🙂

  3. Kat

Hooray that you have moved and started back on the sewing! I’m not judging you for it being a corset – I think that it would be amazing to make something like that. Look forward to seeing more progress 🙂

  4. This is my kind of sewing! Nice way to start with a bang in the new place!

  5. Corset to go over your dress from last post? Whatev’s, it seems like fun sewing to me. You’ve done enough sewing for others (and the work of moving) to earn a little fun in your sewing room.

  6. Because everyone knows you need a corset to go with your fleece pants. 😉

  7. Yay! Why not start off with a really fun project in your new home and sewing space?

  8. Yes!!! Could you be tracing a corset pattern…because you are making a corset?! I am so excited to see what comes out of your new sewing space! And congratulations for successfully moving!

  9. Yay! Congrats on your new house and on finding all your sewing stuff after packing and moving! Lol.

    • Hehe. Confession: most of the sewing stuff is still at my MIL’s. and it was a small miracle that I actually found this pattern when I looked for it, because I had no idea if it was here or where. Some major pattern organizing has to happen here. >_<

  10. oooh- I have the same one and am going to be making it later this summer. Which view are you using? Can’t wait to see it.

  11. I think the more important question is “why WOULDN’T you trace a corset pattern?” Corsets are awesome!

  12. I’m glad that you’re staring as you mean to go on at the new house. Show it that sewing’s boss! 🙂
